About a week ago I was standing next to my bass, which happened to be in her stand, and I was fixing my hair. Well, I apparently had to stretch, and did so, then let my hands fall. BANG, right into the headstock of my bass, which happens to come almost up to my shoulders. Still bruised too. *sympathizes*
