The thing under my lip is my labret. The pin instead of the ball I wear when I stay in. The red thing is my vitamin/iron pill. I have to swallow one of those every day.

I know it can be done. And god, I feel for you! (I appear to have a bad swallow-reflex. I often choke on my own saliva. You don't want to know what I have o do to get my throat to swallow any pill, lte alone that one.)
