Ok, Stand By Me is my absolute favorite movie. I'm sure River knows that since I talk about River 24/7. Your story was well written but kinda disturbing. Now I'm not homophobic, but I could never see Chris or Gordie liking each other in that way. They are just close buddys. I think of Gordie as a sensitive little boy and Chris as a street tough boy on the outside but a lonely little child in the inside. I have a huge imagination but I could never image then getting together. It wouldn't feel right.
