Was yesterday Sucky Customer Day and no one told me or something? Because in one day, I had one bloke claiming that us refusing to reset the Product Key (so he could reactivate it) of his bought-third-hand software without confirmation of the e-mail address it was activated with is "breach of contract" and blah blah blah, and then another guy refused to believe I was Tech Support because I asked "Sorry, Windows 64 bit?" and then refused to do any troubleshooting because, and this is a DIRECT QUOTE here people, "I don't like you, I want to talk to someone else," and my Level 2 claims he's just an ass like that to everyone, but you know, I'm still not convinced that the fact that I'm a woman didn't have anything to do with it and AUGH!
