*dies vaguely* Owie. Walking across the room again and again, carrying armloads of books, makes for hurty feet. :( But! Phase III (Operation: Hey, Where'd All These Books Come From?) is a rousing success! And yeah, like the link says, that's not including the probably almost one more full shelf of books that're hiding in my bedroom somewhere. Which I should be finding later on this week, after I tackle Phase IV (Operation: Sort Out Bedroom Closet Before A Falling Box Crushes Mr Tumnus), which I hope and pray I'll be able to finish in two evenings.

Daily food post: yesterday and today.

So my dad went to Vietnam a few weeks ago, and apparently brought me back some nice silk scarves. Which is nice enough in and of itself, but apparently he'd bought a bronze one and spent like an hour looking for a dark blue one as well. Because my dad is all about indulging my HP geek tendencies, apparently. I love my daddy. :D

The Good News: Having been convinced for the last ... four years, I think, that my lava lamp was b0rked, or at the very least the lightbulb was, I found out I was wrong about that. Huh.

The Bad News: This means I'll be even more easily distracted than usual. I've searched the yarn mess, I've searched all my bags, I've (I think) toroughly looked through my pile of clothes, and I even looked behind the fridge, and I still can't find my hand warmers. Dammit! I've run out of places to look, but I can't help but think I'd have realised the same day if I'd left them somewhere. And yet ...
