(no subject)

So I've been doing some outbound calls yesterday and today, nothing big, and yesterdy I tried to call a bloke, got through to the receptionist, and was told he'd already left, and could I call back tomorrow (today)? Sure, no biggie. I call back today, ask to speak to Mr So-and-so, and the receptionist goes "Sofie from $client, right?" And this is a pretty big company, too, so she probably gets dozens of calls coming through each day. I am highly impressed by her receptionist-fu.

(Also, they had good hold music! Except of course it's now stuck in my head. # Do you wanna dance / Under the moonlight ... #)

i, er, also just applied for the level two position that's just opened as our current level two is leaving. i know it's probably going to go to the other person from the team who applied, but still. waaah, mummy, i'm too young for responsability! not too young to get paid more, though.
