Pride was fun. I put on sunblock this morning in what I thought would turn out to be a fit of misguided optimism, but only put it on my arms and legs (and on my head, heh), and forgot that in a spagetti-strap top and with this haircut, my shoulders and the back of my neck would also be exposed. Sunburn = owie.
Going to take a nap and give my feet a rest before going out tonight.
I'm having a clothing dilemma, and I need your help. I'm going out to Ocean Pride, and I'll be wearing the top you can sort of see in this picture. It's vynil, and shiny. :) I can either wear vinyl trousers with it, but those are going to get sticky when I start sweating, and because they're older, they're much less shiny than the top, and I fear that might be too much vinyl. They are, however, really sexy and form-fitting. The other option is to wear my jeans, which are less form-fitting, but much more practical.
[Poll #520161][ETA] I feel I should note, at this point, that another reason to go for the sexier trousers would be that when I called my parents on Thursday, my dad broadly implied I should go and pull tonight. Um. Not that I don't appreciate the support, of course, but it can be taken too far. Heh.[/ETA]
Abiding by the majority vote and my sense of practicality, I am indeed wearing the jeans. I think the spiky collar makes up for any loss in goth-ness. :D
