A new router and another half hour on the phone with Tech Support later, and we've concluded that it's not the router, it's Windows what's fucked. Consequently, so am I. Bugger all. Ordering the new HD and RAM today, but until and unless I manage to get my hands on a version of Windows that'll install, I'll not be online from home.

I hate computers.
