First day on the phones all alone today. I think I did all right. Had to ask every other thing, but I was nice and polite and well-spoken. It's actually funny how good I am on the phone (I've been told I have a pleasant phone voice, clear and proper and neither too quietly nor too loud) considering how much I hate the damn thing. Heh.

I get the feeling I'm in somewhat over my head with this HP rereading business. Page 45 of PS and I already have four pages of notes. Whoopsie.
