No Longer A Pedophile Countdown: 194 days
So I got back into the office to tales of woe and horror about the people who'd been in the meeting room the last three days. See, we have this meeting room we let our subscribers use for free. The last three days, it's been used by a university, one of our subscribers, as a venue for a course, for which the students paid a shitload of money. So essentially, the university was making a lot of money because they didn't have to pay for a room.
They were pretty bad on Monday, as you might recall. Showed up an hour and a half before official office hours, wandered all over the place, crowded recepetion during breaks, got into the (staff-only) kitchen, etc. Apparently, they were even worse yesterday and the day before. At one point, one of them was using the switchboard phone to make a phone call. Martin, my boss, yanked the phone out of his hands. That should tell you exactly how bad they were, because yo, you gotta be real bad before you piss off Martin.
In other news, my connection has slowed to a crawl, and it's pissing me the fuck off. I can't do any of my work! I'm tempted to say "fuck this" and open PS, but I actually have some stuff I need to and would like to do!
Grrr, I say!
Actually, I opened PS anyway and made some ( wallpapers for Joanne )
