Should be doable. *nod*
sandrine, get better soon, yeah? *hug* (Also, what was I saying re: staying out of my head? I overslept as well. Are you sure you're not just me from a parallel reality?)
sandradelete, I've said it before and I'll say it again, I actually prefer UST to "the real thing". And I love the other pairings as well. And the Mik/Cya bonding made me go "Awww." So there.
kkscatnip, I had better not be a nameless party! :p
Excuse me, I was trying to figure out where this story wants to go.

Re: Nirvana
I refuse to slash someone who resembles my brother so strongly.
I would (and have), however, read it.
So there.
Sincerely,

Also, going through the lists I'm on and the lists I moderate and. Bleh. BelSlash, RPSBunnies, RS-D and SlashArt haven't been active in months, so I'm gonna send an email saying unless someone wants them and tells me so before Sunday evening, they're going bye bye. LitSlash has some sort of activity, sometimes, so I'm hoping one of the 220 other people on it will want to take over. And if not, poof. I'm reasonable sure I can find someone to take over RS-X for me. (Any of you lot wanna be listmod? You've got dibs!)
I'm willing to host any list at femgeeks for free and all, and if they know of a message-archiving porgram or whatnot, I'll run and host that as werll, but I'm through with listmod stuff. I'm tired and burnt out. Bah.
Except maybe for OriginalSlash. I'll be moving that over to femgeeks, and subbing a seperate email addy to the digest version, so I'll have an archive of sorts, which I'll put on femgeeks. Yeah. I can handle that. I like lists, and I like discussing writing and the mechanics thereof, but a lot of lists just frustrate me too much. (I'm also v. incoherent.)
In addition to all that, I'll be unsubbing from a number of lists. Britslash, much as I've enjoyed my three years on it, I've deleted all messages from it on sight for at least five months now. Same goes for Rareslash, and though it's breaking my heart to leave my baby behind, I'm going to. (<aside>Jess! The hosting at femgeeks thing? Goes for RS too, if you want.</aside>) Also leaving HPSlash, nl-slash and woodchat and wyverns.
And then I'm going to see if I can find me some nice, fun mailing lists to talk about sexy boylove, and boybands, and maybe some for U2 and The Cure and Guns 'n Roses or whatnot. Whatever. Any recc's?
(*hits "Save Changes"* And there goes RareSlash. Oh god. I've just severed my last link to my fannish childhood. Sigh.)
Because I've not read an HP mail in um. Five or six months at least, and although I'm still writing The Game, and still love the books and all, I'm beyond annoyed at a lot of the people in the fandom, especially on that list. Nothing specifically personally, just the general top-posting one-liners feedback, lack of any interesting discussions, 98% of the stories are pure crap and it's almost all of it Draco/Harry, which I love, but for the love of god, not that kind of D/H.
And, well. I'm sort of burned on fandom in general. :/
