badevilgrrl: Odd thing is, no one seems to know. Train personnel, telephone company people, etk., actually most anyone working for the govt. is on strike tomorrow, and no one seems to know why.IOW, if I'm not online tomorrow, you know why. Bitches.
suckerlove21: Ooh, I get it. National Strike-For-The-Hell-Of-It Day.
Maybe I should email the parents and ask them if either of them is going to take the car to work tomorrow. [Mother works in Antwerp where I live, father works in Brussels, where I work. Both normally take train to work.] I should be able to get to their place one way or another. And I'm gonna stay all weekend this time. I'm tired. I want to stay there and do nothing for a change, instead of going out with Steve and suddenly noticing it's 4AM and god, I should've been asleep hours ago. [Bad Steve. ;D]
I'm just so mentally tired. I don't want to spend a weekend at home and read, I want to vegetate in front of the telly. I want to watch I love the 1980's and all that other BBC-y goodness. I want to see if I can fix the VCR and then watch Bound or The defiant ones or RHPS or whatnot. Maybe write. Prolly work on the brother's website. Definitely not doing anything that involves too much thinking. [Yes, writing counts as a non-thinking activity.]
I'm so very, very tired, and just generally not feeling very well. Bah.
