You should go for bright blue or green. But if you can't find bright blue or green, Boots sell a really dark purple. You should use that. ;o)

Well, sort of. I used to be really blonde, but my hair got darker and darker (and took on a reddish tint) over the course of puberty, and this ws my natural hair colour when I last actually saw it. (That picture is from when I was seventeen, but it was mostly the same two years alter, when I started dying it. I've had it bright red, bright blue, bleached with purple streaks (this was when I had the half-shaved hair), black, black with purple streaks, and now bleached again.

And I'm starting to be tempted to shave my head again. Argh.

I don't think I'd look good in geen, and blue is a bit too much for me, I think. I rather like red. (I am a closet redhead.)

E bought this spray-on gold-glitter stuff. I think we might get either the silver-glitter or the UV-reactive blue for me, if we ever go out clubbing.

Unfortunately, I think the only clubbing we're going to be doing involves small, annoying, children.

My big problem is always that my natural hair colour is quite dark, so I have to bleach before anything even shows up on it. And bright colours on bleached hair wash out like mad.

No clubbing of the non-children kind? Boo!

Yes, but just going to a random club randomly doesn't appeal. They're always packed, and full of wankers, and I don't dance anyway.

So there needs to be a specific thing to go to, or it's just obnoxious after a (usually short) while.

true. I had a club I'd go to in Antwerp, but they changed the last few months I was there, and it's unlikely I'll ever find that kind of place again. :(
