Am supposed to be writing personal statement for CV. Am instead doing anything but that.

I'm not good at selling myself! I constantly have to stop myself from going "I'm crap at this, but I'm good at that!" which obviously is not the way to approach potential employers!

*makes gagging noise* CV.

I made my sister's CV even though I hate her and she's a complete bitch and psycho, but I made her come over like a charming, sensible and work-happy person. *g* I wish I could do the same with my CV.

Um, right.

Hee! I don't think they'd let me use you as a reference, though. More's the pity!

Heeee! Yeah, I have the same problem. I just. ARGH! I KNOW I have all these skills, and I'm finding decent jobs I'd like to apply to, but I NEED TO GET MY CV IN ORDER FIRST!

Feh.

CV's are a torture device. It took me 4 weeks to complete mine, while my sister's only took me 4 hours.

Uhm, did I miss something ? The zombies decided you're not looking dead enough for them or something ?

I used to say I'm into roleplaying and music making and cooking, walking, cycling, fitness, ... Like that ever got me a job ;-)

Then people started asking what exactly my 'work' was at previous employers when I came in for interviews, so I decided one day to put that on my CV too, making it a 4 page document ;-)
