bubosquared: (fandom's bitch)

Hey, at least it's not Rod Stewart!

Scene: HP Room. Asorted people hanging around the fireplace. Melle: *storms in* "You fucking bitches!"
Muses: "?"
Melle: "Could either of you gentlemen explain this, please?" *points at head, around which a flock of plot bunnies in Quidditch uniforms are zipping along on broomsticks, giggling*
Muses: "Bwahahahaha"
Melle: "It's not funny!" *glare of death*
Marcus: "Wow, impressive glare. Are you related to Snape?"
Melle: "Don't. Even." *grabs bunny*
Bunny: "At last, when the Irish team had left the box to perform another lap of honour on their brooms (Aidan Lynch on the back of Conolly's, clutching hard around his waist and still grinning in a bemused sort of way) ..."
Melle: "I am not writing random-character-slash!"
Oliver: "Well, no, but it's a nice image."
Marcus: "Hm, yes. I mean, there's no telling we won't ever play on the same team, for whatever reason."
Oliver: "And win."
Marcus: "We'd be good together."
Melle: "Bitcheeeees!" *stomps out*

You know I'm sort of glad to see someone else is being plagued by Harry Potter bunnies. Good luck to you. At least your's sound as if they are slash oriented. I'm at the moment fighting off Harry/Ginny and Ron/Hermoine - so you know count your blessings!

Ahy, point. =D Although I couod've done without the Harry/Voldie bunny.

Mwahaha! Write it!

I considered writing a bit about that scene too, it has quite a bit of 'Afterwards-in the locker-room' potential.

Heee! Oh, god. Locker room scenes. Bane of my existance.

[identity profile] synicism.livejournal.com 2002-07-03 01:44 pm (UTC)(link)
Why? They're fun! Lynch could be all concerned and half-naked, and Conolly could be kinda dazed and willing and snuggly. See? Fun!

Nonono, no random character slash!

However. Marcus and Oliver playing for the same team? Am so there. Even though the premise is not dissimilar to that of my H/D Epicish Wannabe-Novel Of Doom.

[identity profile] synicism.livejournal.com 2002-07-03 02:09 pm (UTC)(link)
Aww, why not? JK ain't paying any attention to 'em.

*Amy wonders it it's possible to have sex on a broom*

And, yes, Flint/Wood on the same team. *nods* Lingering rivalry and hot sex.

Oh, great, now they all want to try that out!

And argh! Stoppit!

Beware of the Ides ...

(Sorry. Inner Latin geek couldn't resist typo.)

My non-existent Latin geek is confused. ^^

"Beware of the Ides of March," Julius Ceasar was told by a fortune teller. The Ides was the middle of the month. Caesar was killed on 15 March.

Herendethelesson.

Ahh, okay, I'm enough of a Greek/Roman mythology geek to recognize the entire quote. Danke. :)

See? See? You can write that! No, really. You can. They'd be all cute and cuddly and hugging and aaaa!

Please. I beg of you. I'm about to go on a caffeine-withrawal-induced rampage here.

Help.

Hmmm. I will file this away. Possibly for the RPG.

Nonono, RPG is not happy ending for Marcus and Oliver, you told me! *stomps foot*

Argh. I'm five!

Well, I already knew Marcus had no clue. <g>

OKay, I should stop teasing you about slip-ups.

Re:

Marcus. Oliver. Sharing a flat somewhere in, say, London. For some reason or other. Bickering about whose turn it is to cook, and will Marcus just pick up after himself once in a while, and why does Oliver have to blast his music so loud. But they refrain from killing each other, and watch muggle action movies together, and comiserate about stupid jobs, and stuff.

Which, you know, is really more smarm than slash, but whatever.

During the brief insane QuidditchgeeksinLove discussions of the past couple of days, we came up with ESPN. Which neither of them comprehend, because they don't know Muggle sports, but they argue about the games *anyway* because, well, theirloveissostupid.

Oh. God. Marcus and Oliver watching the (European) Football World Cup (for no other reason than that I'm obsessed), and commenting on the game even though they know nothing about it at all (which, y'know, is par for the course for most football watchers/fen), and getting really into it and cheering for England and then Becks does his "Just cause I'm straight doesn't mean I can't kiss other blokes" thing and Marcus comments, "Is this a sport or a prelude to an orgy?" and eeee!

< humongous dork

Wheeee! *thwirl*

Hee! Yeah, sorry, I'm trying to get LJ-carchive to XML-ise my comments and trying to find the comment that's breaking it. Hi! :D Don't mind me, I'll slink back under my rock now ...
