... and you just might be right, but S:aaB is one of the few fandoms where I can seen only one pairing, and that's a het one involving a minor character who only turned up in one single fucking episode. :(

Shane Vansen/Handsome Alvin. Multiply my thing for love/hate relationships with my attraction to David Duchovny, and you know how badly I want to read stories featuring that pairing. Unfortunately, there seems to be only one single one online. *sighs*

Shane is gorgeous! I liked her in "The Field Where I Died" (XF), despite hating the ep. Hmm ... for me, it was Sarah Michelle Gellar who turned me bi. *g*

I *loved* S:AAB and mourned when it was cancelled. My OTP was Cooper/McQueen - never did get that thrilled by Nathan, although he was pretty. But, I'm willing to be convinced. Is the S:AAB list very active, and is there a fic archive? Cause I'd be there if so - I haven't read anything for a long time, and maybe it's time I got back into it.

No and I don't know, I'm afraid, but if you look up in this thread, I posted links to my favourite Cooper/Nathan stories. :)

Will keep everyone posted on anything I find!

And I like Coop/McQueen, too, but those two are special. Sigh.

It's been forever since I've seen it, though.

I love SAaB so much (still have the series on tape and still can't believe it was cancelled after only one season - grr), but like Dine, my OTP is and always has been Hawkes/McQueen. ^_^

I've tried, I really have, but I just can't get into any other pairing in that fandom. :-/

I know that Hawkes/West is by far the most popular slash pairing, though.

Is it? I've not noticed that. Objectively, I can see the fodder for Hawkes/McQueen, but I just can't see McQueen start something with someone under his command.
