I'm sort of confused by this. I love book!Legolas, was fairly indifferent to movie!Legolas, but I think Orlando Bloom is a sexy little bugger. I don't get this.
I, however, am rather the opposite. I was absolutely fascinated by Legolas in the movie, but I haven't found Orlando to be as interesting. However, I'm starting to like him based solely on the number of men he kisses in public.
Miau... the actual kiss looks a lot cooler in real! I mean, here it looks like a peck, but in fact it was lingering and a lot more smoochy! ^____^ Didn't he even assault twice? First a peck on the cheek and then almost right smack on the mouth?

Um. Yes. And I do have the link to the entire double assault in my journal. With much other fun stuff that simply goes to prove the whole damned cast was/is fucking each other... *VEG*
Er, wouldn't rightly know. I don't think any of the few stories that've come through since I joined looked like much. (Skimmed the first few paragraphs and wasn't gripped.)
The best story I've read is an Orlando/Viggo one called Tennessee. It's by Cimorene, and it's a) very sensual and b) barely mentions LOTR (this is a good thing, trust me).
There are another couple of authors who show promise, but have only written fairly short things, though one did a "one character watches the other sleep" O/V that was hotter than any of the NC-17 porn with the hobbit actors.
I think it's a fairly new fandom and has potential to be a good one, but it's not there yet.
Some of the gossip stuff posted is also very interesting. Orlando's best friend in RL is an openly bi German actor, who he claims is a good kisser.
