Summary of an e-mail I just received from a customer: "Your software's user-unfriendly and complicated and kinda shite, but your support staff are ace!" Um, thanks?

Had a minor epiphany/plot bunny about the fantasy novel I'm poking at. Quick poll: would you read a fantasy novel with a knitting (mage) hero and plot that centers on (magical) knitting? (This should go in my writing journal, technically, but meh, too lazy.)

Bwee! :D I'm still working out the specifics (material of the needles, and how the magical thing works, and all sorts of things that could be knitted from the mundane to the luxurious), but limyaael is right, writing about something you love is great fun!
