I just realised that ... I think about half my friends page, probably more, is younger than I am. There was a time when I didn't know any slashers younger than I.

... Okay, you win. I'm the same age as you, fandom-wise, but four years older. But yes, part of it is the relative fandom age. I mean, sometimes it's incredibly weird to think of the fact that my first list is three and a half years old now, that I was in HP fandom way back in the beginning of the HPslash list, before the big H/D wave, that I remember when RPS really was the big taboo, ...
