Just when you think you've seen the worst in anti-RPS hysteria, along comes someone who claims that RPS (nd "reality shows") are signs of the imminent downfall of civilisation.
The. Hell?
No, seriously, the hell?
I mean, if you believe that, okay. But grand declarations that you won't be reading RPS, or watching reality TV, because you're "taking a stand" against ... against the end of the world, I guess?
*shakes head*
Excuse me, I need to go get food to stock up for the end of the world, and a TV so I can watch some reality shows, and then maybe I'll go write some RPS.

I guess it's mostly that I've studied Roman history rather intensely for six goddamn years, and I know that contrary to popular belief, the roman empire did not crumble because of decadence or any sort of moral decay.
