I think Real Life (TM) should come with cheat codes.

In other news, could someone do a reality check for me? The more I think about it, the more I'm convinced that the terms RPS and FPS originated on RS-X. (And wow, can I cram any more acronyms into one sentence?) Because I can't remember it being called anything but "actorslash" (and musicianslash, I suppose, but that never came up in the rants I read) before that, and I definitely remember when the F in FPS stood for "fake" and I made noises and asked to use "FictionalPS" and um. itkindaworked.

So, help? Reality check? Was I a part of a revolution?

(Edit: Going through the RS-X message archive, and I'm starting to get convinced that yes, we did indeed give birth to the terms RPS and FPS. For example, there's a post by Vali on the legalities of RPS, except she calls it "realslash".

Ho hum.)

Being a part of the discussion because I didn't like the fake part either. It annoyed me, for some reason.

So, yeah, we're the children of the revolution. Or something :).

I remember reading the discussion, which I think was when i joined RS-X. So I was still merely lurking. But I do reemmber a discussion of Fake versus Fictional for the FPS meaning.

Well, at least I've made that little difference. ^__^

I feel like I should grab a rifle (or a pen, in this case) and should slogans or something. (Which, um, I already do, I guess.)
