Have decided to do the novel thing after all. Except I won't be doing the novel thing, really. I'll be writing what I'd be writing in the first place, except I'll be forcing myself to do the 50,000 words in a month thing. I think I can handle that. Maybe it'll get me into some sort of writing rhytm.

I had the same thought in mind. I want to write but always stop after a few hundred words. This i am hoping will force me to write more even if I don't break the magic number.

I tend to write in bursts of about 600-1,200 words, but they're highly irregular. Like, maybe once or twice a week. I need something to kickstart me into a schedule.
