And while I'm on the subject, is it me, or are sizes gradually getting smaller? I mean, my old clothes still fit exactly the same as always (with the exception of the uppser torso -- see also: breasts), but whenever I go shop at a normal store, I notice I suddenly went from european sizes 38 (torso) and 40 (lower body) to 40 and 42. WTF? Has the world population's average size gone down or something? Or did the fashion industry decide they wanted to use less fabric? Or no! It's the diet industry, trying to make everyone feel fat!
ç!è()z!"()à!(é'()ç!
And let me also point out that most "large women stores" start at size 42. For fuck's sake, people. I'm hardly "large", okay? I'm medium. Average. Not large, not fat. Nothing wrong with being fat, btw. Just pointing out that, well, I'm not. And when people try to impy I am, it scares me, because that means their idea of "skinny" would be my idea of "holocaust victim."

I'm slightly smaller than the national (US) average size, which is about a 14/16, and I would still have to lose about 30lbs to match the weight and build of the average female seen on TRL. I'm not even talking about the famous ones, either.
I don't even want to think about how absolutely miserable and unhealthy that would make me.
Oh well, I guess I'll continue my career as a non-famous person. Because who needs fame when you have McDonald's cheeseburgers? :-)
