So I did this entry in which I rant about stupidass Metallica-haters, and I left something out. People who refer to lars as a stupid European'.

Look here, we may be the Old World but we're not retarded. Contrary to popular beliefs, we're quite capable of taking care of ourselves, and we have a lot more culture than you Merkins. Free morals are a good thing; we don't have such hang-ups about alcohol ad other drugs. Also, we can organise elections. By computer, even. [Oooh, such a novel concept!]

And you don't see us electing Curious George the Monkey prez, now do you?

Pre-work thoughts

I'm becoming addicted to Tim's journal. Ack. Not another one.

I should become a straight-edger. I don't do any illegal drugs anyway, I don't smoke and I don't, in effect, drink. I'd have to give up fish, though. Hm. Oddly enough, I'd miss the beer more, even though I only ever drink that when I go out. Bleh. I make no sense.

Plan o' the Day: Work. Then go home and sleep, then go to chat. Then tomorrow morning, go for that job interview. Sounds like a cool job, they claim my main job would be to surf the internet looking for information. Oooooh! I just hope it is what they claim.

Actually, I'm still hoping for that insanely good-paying job. Please, god?

Aside: I cleaned my room and kitchen today. It was high time. One of the milk cartons rattled when I took it out of the fridge.

Provided I can get time off from my [hypotetical] job, and scratch the money together for the flight, I'm going to see U2 in Madison Square Garden on June 19th. Eeeek. Many thanks go to AevilSteve for offering me a ticket.
