I gave up on the idea of getting all of my LJ backed up including comments. Fuck it, it's not working, it's not going to work, and I have other things I could be working on. So sod it, it'll be enough work transferring 6,000+ entries without taking the comments into account anyway. *goes back fiddling with LJXP script and working out a workable Categories/Tags system*

Also, happy LJversary to me! Technically, my LJ was created on the fourteenth, but my first entry was exactly seven years ago today, back before I dropped out of university and moved outon my own and all that jazz. Seven years, two jobs, four moves (one of the cross-border) and more fandoms than you can shake a stick at ago. Lord, I'm old. (Seriously, when I say that LJ is where i keep my memory? I'm not fucking kidding, people!)</p

Because I'm twenty-seven and thus almost thirty, and I have no problem with the idea of being thirty, but dear lord, this anticipation thing sucks big time.

(Also, twelve of those years have been spent in fandom, which can make one feel old well before one's time.)
