Apologies to anyone who tried to call me tonight, but I forgot to bring the transfer thingie to be able to charge my phone here -- d'oh!

Oh, and I didn't got to midnight mass this year, and managed to stab myself in the finger with a fondue fork. The two may or may not be related, I don't know. Stupid vengeful god.

Why did you write q for an a and z for an w all over the post? Different country keyboard?

When I was a kid I was very sick at christmas once and I was so sad about missing out on the fondue that my parents made a fondue for me alone later on to make me stop whining. And then I was still so knocked out that I used the fondue fork for eating and I burned my lip on it and I had trouble with eating and speaking for days! And with whining too, so it kinda worked as planned.
