So my NE Hunter is up to level 38 now, and grinding SW rep so I can get her a horsie once she hits level 40, and I'm enjoying this way more than I should. I finally got around to installing some addons yesterday, and whoa, does Auctioneer ever make my life easier! Sol, er, anyone have any recommendations for addons for either a (skinner/leatherworker) Hunter or a (miner/herbalist) mage (which is my wee Gnome alt), and/or for a good RP server on which to roll, um, yet another alt, once I get my main to level 40?

I'm currently on Stormwindrage (I'm an idiot) US as either Kaiilen or Breek, and will be rolling a Tauren on Thorium Brotherhood once my main hits level 40, so if you're on either of those, feel free to poke me some time! I'll likely be either running around on my alt or in the Swamp of Sorrows on my main, or possibly soloing whatsitcalled, Stonetalon Peak? The Horde instance Shadowfang Keep (thank you, Google!) on my main.

Also, someone please tell me that it would be in extremely bad taste to create a Crocodilisk Hunter character? Bad Melle, no cookie!

Argh. Just because the xpack comes out in a month, and I've been completely inundated with Warcraft stuff lately, am reinstalling/patching game now.
Play on Feathermoon RP server, just cause.. RP servers are quiet.

I rock out Feathermoon, even. I play there.
And zomg. Make some Horde! Undead rox. Plus their starting area is so damn nice. Constant evil forest.. like the human area forest that's all.. twilight.. been too damn long since played. Exxxxxcited!

I would also like to recommend the Feathermoon RP server, since that's where I play. :)

This picture of my hunter is about ten months old (she's level 60 now!), but shows you almost all of the addons I currently have.

I cannot recommend the Titan Panel enough - it lets you see where you are, how much money and ammo you have, how much bag space you have, and how long it'll take you to level, based on how much XP you've gotten since you started playing that day. I also have an addition addon that tells me how much XP my pet has.

The Tracker Toggle is helpful because it allows you to right click on the minimap to select what you want to track (humans, beasts, etc.) so you don't have to keep the tracking buttons on your bottom menu.

Hunter's Pet Helper is good for when you're leveling up, because it allows you to put in a command like "/find claw 5" and it'll tell you all the animals you can learn rank 5 of Claw from (for when you want to level up your pet's skills).

And I just really like MonkeyQuest because I like having all my quests color coded on the screen, where I can keep track of what I've accomplished so far.

I now have Cosmos, which seems to do pretty much everything Titan Panel does as well, and OneBag (so much love!), and a couple of other things I like, but I definitely need to go download Tracker Toggle and Pet Helper, thanks!

I'm pretty much Alliance-only on Stormrage. I have a Level 40 NE Hunter (Kaiilen) an a Level 16 Gnome Mage (Breek).

I also have a wee Tauren druid whose name I've forgotten on Thorium Brotherhood now. :)

My main's a NE druid lvl 34.7 (lol), and I'm a herbalist/alchemist as Alaszyel in the Llane server. My fave addon atm is the Gatherer, which marks all the plants I've picked in my map, complete with icons and pick-up count. I also have the Titan addon to keep track of my bag space, moneh, server time and durability. It's nifty and helps when I'm lazy (aka all the time). Both are from the Curse Gaming site.

US RP servers: Earthen Ring's a brilliant RP server, but it's pretty full. Same with Silver Hand. Due to the high traffic, there's a bunch of people migrating to Cenarion Circle, and some others are planning to move to Blackwater Raiders, but neither is established atm.

Hope it's helpful. Btw, are you getting the expansion? And, if so, do you have any plans for characters in the new races?

I just installed Gatherer recently, and OMG LOVE!

I don't have much of a problem with servers being full, due to being on at completely different times from most of the other players, which is meh for instances and RPing, but yaye for no waiting times. :)

No plans for expansion yet, and I think I want to get one character to 60 before I start considering it, to be honest.

Well I was trying to get Alaszyel to 60 before BC, but since my computer decided to conveniently die because I didn't defragment it, I don't know if that'll be possible. Already pre-ordered BC anyway, so... it happens, I guess.
