I'd go for the MSWord document, actually. PDFs can be a pain in the arse to view, but almost everyone has MSWord. Keep the PDF version though, maybe make it clear you can submit it that way also, if they so desire?

As someone who receives resumes, I love getting Word documents because pdfs take for-freaking-ever to print out.

Not that I have any say in who gets hired, but just to explain my vote.

When I was applying online, I found that most places would either tell me the formats they accepted, or it would be form-based. Word is pretty universal, but I'd also strongly recommend doing a plain-text version as well.
