Old desk (MAH BABY!): disassembled, cleaned, and ready to go.
New desk: assembled, will take some getting used to, but wow, I have space now!
Outside: SNOW BWEEEEEEE!

(Somewhat less bweee: I'm going to have to go out in that later on, to pick up a scanner from someone off FreeCycle. (Yes, yes, I know, but this I actually have the space for, and will use, and yes. Shut up. FreeCycle: Get rid of a bunch of things, acquire a bunch of other things. Heh. It's kinda like karma.))

[ETA] Heh. The instruction leaflet on my bookcase (typo: bookcake--I want one of those!) claims it'll take two people an one hour to put together. We'll see about that ...[/ETA]

[ETA2] One bookcase done, no second person needed, in fifty minutes sharp. Boo-ya! I'm a drill-wielding dyke, no mere instruction manual is going to stand in my way if I want my bookcases put together. *strut* (Occasionally, I get stereotypical. :D)[/ETA2]
