Apparently, some people are complaining, but I think he looks fine! Good-looking, with a slightly vacant look, and um. Nice shoulders.

Yeah, I saw some of that in metaquotes, but I thought, "What's so wrong?" He's cute, looks like there might be something underneath, and athletic enough and such. I like 'im.

They have such great casting for these films. The casting of Lupin was just purrrrrfect. For example. And all the other ones. *nods and is too hungover to elaborate*

Me too! He's really wonderful. Fits my idea of him perfectly. (Something that can't be said about all of the HP cast, although Dan's very much grown into the role of Harry by now.)

He's pretty much exactly what I imagined. (And would look nice with the Lee in my head, which okay, I'm obsessed, but it matters to me dammit!)

I must, however, disagree with y'all about the casting for some of the others -- the trio, Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith, and most of the kids are *fantastic*. But I could never square Lupin with David Thewlis. I still can't, actually. And while Sean Biggerstaff is teh_hott, he's totally not Oliver, who is supposed to be thickset and brawny. Some of the movie casting grates on me that way, but not enough to Seriously Detract from the movie, I suppose.
