ETA: Does anyone know how the men's sizes are at Urban Outfitters? I don't want to get one that's too small, but I'd prefer it to be snuggish.

According to their size chart, which is in inches (boo to not being metric-friendly!) a Small is a 34-36, a Medium is a 38-40, a Large is a 42-44, and an XLarge is a 46.
