I have the grandmother of all blisters on my left thumb, but my flat is clean and I even managed to get the carpets deep-cleaned, sort of. Still not as clean as I'd like--I don't think I can walk around bare-footed without ending up with dirty soles again--but at least I no longer feel like I'm sticking to the carpet. I even managed to get all the cables I need properly fastened against the wall. Go me!

I do still need to iron (*groan*) and do laundry, and I need to call the letting agency on Monday to see which one of us is responsible for fixing the aerial to get my TV reception to the point where I can at least get some channels.

If anyone needs me tomorrow, I'll be in the park or at Starbuck's, writing.

Starbucks is a chain of coffeeshops that's all over the US and the UK but which, like a lot of chains, has yet to reach Belgiun. I kinda like the whole coffeeshop phenomena, because they have actual easy chairs (zetels) in them and it's just perfect to go sit and write!

But I'm going to the park today, because it's nice out. ^_^
