I'll take the as-yet-unmet lesbian cousin. ;p (Shouldn't there be some cousins? If the Weasleys always have more kids than they can afford, then wouldn't that go for Arthur's parents, and consequently Arthur's siblings, as well?)

She hasn't bothered to think about this. The Weasleys are such a family-centered family (er, you know what I mean) that if there were cousins and aunts and uncles and such out there, they'd talk about them. Unless, like Molly's second cousin, they're Muggles.
