Hm, true.

(I have to say, I have the (annoying) habit of using "slash(y)" as a shortcut to mean "homoerotic" a lot. Should stop that.)

"Slashy" and "homerotic" are synonyms, as are "slashiness" and "homeroticism," but "slash" and "homoeroticism" are not.
