Note to self:
NExt time you go running, try and get something in your stomach first. Because ew, waves of nausea = not nice first thing in the morning.
(Of course, strenuous physical activity = not nice first thing in the morning, but I need to start running regularly, and if I don't go before I realise what I'm doing, I never will.)
