Of course, if your knee has sex with someone, you'd probably get to join in, whereas Maul might just be clever enough to go have sex all on his own without even letting you watch.

And also, as far as I know, my knee has not yet mastered the ability to use a light saber. On the one hand, this means it can't actually kill me. On the other, I can't watch it train and admire its muscles, as I an with Maul.
