What is going on in this picture? Kirk looks like some beatnik poet, that bulge in Lars' trousers is frightening, james looks just wrong, and Cliff looks rather angry.

Yep, that's him. British guy with a blue shirt, round face and a really big forehead. I just got a copy of Metallica: The Photographs of Ross Halfin, and it has a picture of Kirk making kissy faces at Ross.
