Point to be made in the "legal" part of the FMO:

RPS is no more "visible" than FPS.

RPS is less illegal that FPS. (Note to self: resist the urge to say "That's rich, coming from somone who writes copyright-infringing stories.)

The fact that one person would get sued for RPS does not mean there will immediately be a huge backlash against all slash.

Well, I can do it, but not in the FMO. Sigh. Stupid objectivity.
