I'm not abandoning you. I'm working on Thanksgiving. Fun Call of the Day: The guy who demanded to speak to Advanced Technical Support and, when told that they weren't here today, it being a national holiday and all, said "Then I guess you don't want my business!" and slammed down the phone. I checked his account, and he'd already cancelled two weeks ago. Grrr. And yet, strangely hilarious.
