I'd love to reassure you that it is an irrational fear, but ... I've had some bad experiences with fandoms, is the thing. :( But I'll do everything in my power to stop the fandom from going bad, I promise. I have enough fannish experience to recognise bad eggs, and my modhammer is large and mighty. :D *wields*
