Latest stop in my meanderings to find a branch of organised Christian religion I want to be part of: Quakers. Points in their favour so far:
- Emphasis on individual relationships with god directly, rather than through any sort of hierarchical church structure;
- Not only do they (on their website, at least, I obviously don't know in practice) explicitly state they accept queer people, it's actually right there in their FAQ, instead of me having to dig around the site to find a half-arsed "We don't condemn them, but we still think it's kinda wrong" statement;
- The first words you see on their website are "Live adventurously."
