There's a full moon tonight, and Mercury is apparently in retrograde, and let me tell you, I don't care how much I don't believe in astrology, it shows. Every month around the full moon, without fail, the crazies come out. Don't they have a shack to be haunting?

True, that. Mercury in retrograde is a bit more woozish, but it's probably just a coincidence this month seems worse than previous ones. Still, I wish people would stick to good old fashioned werewolvery (or werecattery, or weremousery, whatever instead of harassing innocent call center drones. :D

Oh, lord. That reminds me of the calls I used to get for Adobe. "Hi, my Adobe isn't working."

"Which programme is this, ma'am, and what exactly isn't working?"

"Adobe! And it just ISN'T WORKING!"

This is why I sometimes make a wee list of Things I've Tried Already, and what those did/didn't do, and copies and screencaps of error messages occuring, whenever I have to call tech support.
