This was linked all over my friendslist, but one more never hurts:

No Pity. No Shame. No Silence.

I am not a survivor of sexual violence. And perhaps I should add "yet" to that statement, because if there's anything this has made me realise, it's that it could happen to anyone. Including me. It's a scary realisation.
